Movement Workshops with Nichole

Dancers as well as community members will work to refine individual technique with poetic, actual, and imagined tools, honing improvisations and leading to embodied presence and powerful, thoughtful dancing.

Lecture Demonstrations

An opportunity to engage students outside of dance or music studies. Through video or live lecture demonstrations, we actively engage with students or community members interested in the issues we perform about.

Lunar Retreat Workshops

Co-facilitated by Nichole Canuso (NC | BP) and collaborators, Lunar Retreat workshops are interactive, multi-sensory experiences that invite participants to explore and reflect on how we move through care, grief, and transformation—both individually and collectively. The workshops open a space for poetic, playful, and communal connection with the shifting rhythms of our planetary bodies. Through writing exercises, games, movement prompts and discussions, participants reflect on our deep evolutionary ties to the ocean and the moon, reminding us that we are all interconnected with the natural world.
