Sarah Chandler

Sarah Chandler (she/they) has worked professionally as a freelance manager for two decades and recently began working as an Intimacy Professional, using these skills and tools to support safe, sustainable, and authentic creative practices. Both professionally and academically, Chandler’s research focuses on the artistry of management, asking questions such as ‘How does a manager impact, create, contribute to a culture of care and creativity within a rehearsal room or at an arts organization while also serving as the logistics coordinator? What are the methods of creative infusion a manager can have within a system that contains predetermined and defined roles? How can universal design and access offer pathways for creativity within the logistics of creative collaboration?’ https://www.acreativedoula.com/
