Class begins with simple and direct exercises designed to deepen your ability to sense and navigate in contact as we explore and embrace the underlying principles of the form.  We then focus on structures and directives that encourage and awaken the choreographic sensibility within your practice.  Honing the skill and the awareness to think and move in contact, we will engage in the thrill of making dances together…sensing fully and thinking choreographically.
